Poor Blitz... always missing the update.

I was looking at the wiki again (as I do every day) and I noticed something kind of strange, the Angler family had all gotten a texture update, removing the weird background and adding the light lure and such. All of them got this update... except for Blitz. Is there a reason for this or did someone just forget to put it in? I don't know, I'm very knew here and all but I just wanted to know why this zoomy boi is being left out of the fun. (As you can probably tell Blitz is my favorite.)
