Rotten Coral

Z-466, codename "Rotten Coral", is a group classification referring to the abnormal green growths brought on by excess concentration of From this green liquid small sacks of bright green growths emerge containing a viscous bright green liquid with a consistency similar to tar. Z-466-1 instances will slowly grow and swell until they burst, releasing the matured interior liquid that quickly spreads. Said liquid dries quickly and becomes incredibly adhesive and tacky, being able to stick to most surfaces strongly. They may also begin to form small raised stems resembling certain corals. Further Z-466-1 instances will then begin to grow from the spreading 'coral' stems. This growth and spread is quite rapid, so any excess growths must be tracked and disposed quickly.

The Chainsmoker

Z-283-4 codename "Chainsmoker", is a variant of the original Z-283 (see original document for other contextual details) originating from the Blacksite Lockdown on ██-██-████. Currently, it is unknown how Z-283-4 manifested during the lockdown. (see addendum)

Similar to the original Z-283 instance, a "face" is visible within a dark green cloud of smoke comprising the "creature's" main body. This face is visible at all viewing angles by any observers, including by camera equipment. However, the face resembles a rotting, bloated blobfish with its mouth continually open. Additionally, this face appears to be constantly emitting a green smoke from its mouth, trailing behind it as it moves.

The EMP pulse that Z-283-4 emits is identical to the original Z-283, with a larger field disrupting all electronics and a smaller one ███ by ███ studs large that is much more powerful. Z-283-4 is far slower than its original instance or any other variant, measuring ██ studs per second, less than a quarter of the original Z-283 entity. Z-283-4, similarly to the original instance, appears to be blind, constantly screaming as a means of echolocation. The sound it releases has been described to be a low-pitch rumble, combined with the sound of metal chains being dragged. It is currently unknown how it makes these sounds. Otherwise, behaviour is much the same as the original Z-283, meaning simply breaking line of sight will cause it to pass by without noticing you.

Z-283-4 continually emits a dense green smoke as it moves. This smoke has been found to induce in the breather (among other phobias): Arachnophobia, Cleithrophobia, Astrophobia, Erythrophobia, Cherophobia, Dystychiphobia, Capnophobia and Ommetaphobia. In fact, studies of its composition find it identical to the green smoke emitted by Z-1932 'Paranoia's Box'. It is currently unknown what correlation the two entities share aside from the identical smoke, as research has produced no conclusive results. (see addendum for details on their connection.)

It is currently unknown how, or if Z-283-4 kills its victims. Any who are caught by it instantaneously disappear and no corpse or remains are found. LR-Ps equipped with CCMMM cameras and radios had the connection immediately sever upon contact with Z-283-4 and being transported.

In the case that Z-283-4 breaches containment, it is advised that personnel deal with it much in the same way as the original Z-283. It can be identified from a distance by the lights flickering and its distinctive noise it makes as it moves. Be aware that personnel should wear a gas mask if available when near it or in an area Z-283-4 was in, as the smoke it releases causes various phobias to manifest that could prove detrimental. If no gas masks are available, cramped hiding spots like lockers should be avoided if possible. If there is no other means of escape, it can be done as a last ditch attempt. Note that due to the development of cleithrophobia by breathing in the smoke, personnel should not stay in cramped areas for too long; otherwise you may feel an irrational urge to leave your hiding spot, straight into its path.

Due to the smoke Z-283-4 leaves behind in its wake, it is recommended to immediately evacuate the area it has moved through to prevent excess inhalation of said smoke.

Addendum

On ██-██-████, operative ████ was revived by use of Ferryman Tokens after 'dying' to Z-283-4. Their bodycam equipment became non-functional after contact and was unable to be recovered, but operative ████ was able to give a description of the area.
