Keycards are used to open locked doors throughout the Blacksite.
The Keycard is used to open locked doors to progress the game. If the door in a room is locked, it can be opened by a keycard or by a [[Code Breacher|Code Breacher.]] Keycards can spawn anywhere in locked rooms, including side rooms.

*There are two other types of keycards: the purple keycard and the orange keycard.
* [[Sebastian’s Shop]] holds the keycard necessary to pass through the room it is situated in.
** Purple keycards enable you to open a door within a room, or open double doors transitioning into the Heavy Containment roomtype.
* Keycards will emit a low jingling sound if they are not found in a certain amount of time.
** Orange keycards work exactly the same as the default blue keycards except they are exclusive to the Ridge.
* If the locked room contains more drawers than usual, an additional Keycard will appear. You can only gather one of them.
