Styx is a rare encounter in Pressure, acting as a rare jumpscare the player can encounter.
Appearance
Styx takes the appearance of a black and white monster with eyes sticking out the side and an open mouth showing its tongue.
Mechanics
When a player opens a door, there is a 1/2000 chance for Styx to jumpscare them, appearing on the other side of the doorway for a short time accompanied by a loud sound before disappearing. Styx does not damage the player
Notes
- Styx has no document as it cannot damage or kill the player.
- Styx functions exactly like The Man from the Mindscape, in that they both act as passive jumpscares
