Shops

Shops are important game mechanics in Pressure, allowing players to exchange Currency for Items to assist them in their run.

Overview

There are currently 2 different shops in Pressure, being the Pre-Round Shop and Sebastian's Shop.

Pre-Round Shop

The Pre-Round Shop, also known as Dead-Drop Shop, is available to players at the start of a run, allowing players to buy a couple Items as boosts for their run in exchange for Kroner. It is only accessible starting from the second run. Items purchased in this shop will be given to the player at the landing zone in a dead-drop.

Items Available In Pre-Round Shop

• Flashlight: 50 Kroner
• Code Breacher: 25 Kroner
• Batteries: 25 Kroner

Some items are locked for purchase until a specific achievement is done:

• Lantern: 50 Kroner (Unlocked after getting Uneasy Alliance)
• Flash Beacon: 75 Kroner (Unlocked after getting +ENRAGED)
• Medkit: 50 Kroner (Unlocked after getting :3)
• The Necrobloxicon: 150 Kroner (Unlocked after getting Got The Worm)
• Notebook: 400 Kroner (Unlocked after getting Grade A Student)
  • Splorglight: 201 Kroner (Unlocked alongside the Notebook)
• Gummylight: 200 Kroner (Unlocked after getting Hi Again)
• Blacklight: 100 Kroner (Unlocked after getting We Die In The Dark)
• Hand-Cranked Flashlight: 125 Kroner (Unlocked after getting Pardoned)

Sebastian's Shop

Sebastian's Shop is available to players around room 45 to 55 in a run. It is momentarily locked behind a vent before being opened by Sebastian Solace, allowing players to buy a couple Items as boosts for their run in exchange for Research. Items in this shop have limited quantities except for the Batteries.

Some items are guaranteed to be sold in the shop:

• Batteries: 75 Research
• Hand-Cranked Flashlight: 600 Research
• Sebastian's Documents: 1000 Research

Some items have a rare chance to appear in the shop, being rare items:

• The Necrobloxicon: 666 Research
• Gummylight: 300 Research
