* While other light sources slow you down considerably when held underwater, the flash beacon is the only one that does not. This makes it ideal to use in underwater sections.
* The beacon's flash does not enrage [[Squiddles]], making it very useful in dark rooms.
* Using the flash beacon on [[Eyefestation]] causes it to enter an enraged state. While enraged, Eyefestation will spawn in every room it possibly can while having a much stronger pull and dealing more damage. If the flash beacon is used again, it will cause Eyefestation to enter an outraged state, which is similar to its enraged state, but its pull and damage will be considerably increased. After first being enraged/outraged, it permanently remains in this state for the rest of the run.
* The beacon can be used to aggravate [[Sebastian Solace]] twice. On the first use he will grab the player, removing half their health. On the second use he will shoot the player and any other players who flash him afterwards, killing them instantly.

The Flash Beacon is a light source type in Pressure.
Description & Usage
When activated, the flash beacon emits a bright light that illuminates the area ahead for a short time before quickly fading. After activating, the player must wait 3 seconds to use the flash beacon again. When a battery is inserted, the beacon gains 10 extra charges.
Obtainment
The Flash Beacon can be found in item spots inside of the Hadal Blacksite, as well as Sebastian's Shop for 250 
research. If the player has the "+ENRAGED" Achievement, the flash beacon can be purchased from the Pre-Round Shop for 75 
Kroner.
Notes
